Schmorl's hernia of the lower endplate L4. Focus up to 1.5 sm in the diameter in the central sections of the body L5 with cystis's signs. In general the degeneration of discs is expressed slightly, maximum on levels L4-L5, L5-S1. On the level L5-S1 - sequestrate central - light paracentral hernia of large size. Sequester is removed down up to the level of the middle third of S1 in the left flank of the canal. Dural sac is roughly compressed and removed to the right. The canal of the root L5 is coarctated on the left. Left root S1 is roughly compressed. There are cicatrical changes in the peridural cellular tissue of the sequester area. No considerable growing of cicatrical changes of the peridural cellular tissue was registered. Cystis in L5 body is of the same size.
