Lidocaine anesthesia. Esophagus isn't changed. In the subcardinal section on the lesser curvature on the posterior wall there was detected a large - more than 2 cm diameter irregular shape ulcer, 3 mm depth, the edges are distinct, walling-off reaction is slightly expressed, in the bottom of fibrines there are brown points. In the antrum on the lesser curvature there is a second ulcer up to 1 cm, on the bottom of fibrines, there is walling-off reaction around, the edges are blooding a little bit in case of contact. Biopsy was not done first of all because of low acceptability of examination and also because of the danger of blooding.
Medical comment: subcardinal ulcer, antrum ulcer, inclined to blooding.

Esophagus and cardia are not changed. There are two post ulcer scars in stomach: in subcardia and in antrum. No other pathology in stomach or in dodecadactylon was detected.
